If you are still having issues making your MP4 video accessible to your app, consider hosting the videos in a video streaming server, using something like the LEADTOOLS Media Streaming toolkit (https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/multimedia/media-streaming-server). You can then upload to the server directly and have the videos readily available for access. (Disclaimer: I am the employee of the vendor of this toolkit). Look for IIS mime type settings MP4 Videos Require a MIME Type on Your Server to Play Properly Right-click the site in IIS and select Properties. Select the HTTP Headers Tab. Select File Types. Under the MIME Map section, select New Type. Type ". mp4" as the associated extension and "video/mpeg" as the content type. Click OK.
