you can use your pen-drive for RAM
1) you plug your pendrive
2)then go to properties
3)then select option readyBoost
4)then select size nearly less than your pen drive ..if your pen drive is two GB then you select 1900MB size then connection btn over click
5) then automatically ur pendrive have made RAM but when u connect that pendrive ur system ..

This feature in only available in Windows-Vista or higher version of windows..
just plug in you USB, let windows install the driver (USB MASS STORAGE Driver)
and It'll show you a DRIVE (e.g I:) in your "COMPUTER".
Right click
and open properties
your'll find a tab saying "READY BOOST"
Check the checkbox
"Use this device"
& Select the AMount of memory you want (of USB) to be used as ram.
Click apply & OK..
Remember to undo the same while removing the USB.
