draw polyline on mouseup event and how to move and resize it

i am trying to convert this shape in user control, but i didn't get success, i completed this shape on double click at that time i created a reversible frame around this shape, but this shape goes invisible on next click. i create every line segment on each mouse up this shape reconstruct from starting on each mouse up event.

I found the following article that shows how you can create custom line objects using GDI+ with C#:

According to your description, you are trying to create something similar to the markup annotation objects. I am currently using the annotations features from leadtools. You can take a look over here:
