How I can expand my portfolio??
I mean I have only Academic expirience, what can I do??

Now you need to focus on converting this Negative Energy into Positive Outcomes. Energy is energy, whether negative / positive.
To increase the job chances you can practice on basics of OOPS, Database, Interview Questions books. You can even start working on free projects from elance.com, guru.com. This will increase your chance of getting job, plus knowledge advantage during job.
Due to the quality of our education, the Syllabus & Industry will have Black & White difference. This reduces the chances of getting job, even spending 3-4 years of college time & money.
Industry always look for ready-made candidates who can give productivity at the earliest point of time, they are not always ready to take freshers & train. But don't worry, there is a positive side for it. While you gain experience, you will be getting more chances for moving high as the industry will be always looking for ready made hands :) Then you can think of these bad days & move high without guilt!
So, add more efforts, improve value, keep an open mentality & positive mind, you will fetch a Job!

When getting a job takes time than you expected, a little bit depression comes onto you. And day by day you let this depression to controlling yourself than you. This hampers your next interviews. Yours answering style changed. You loose your confident and much more...
I have seen many college pass-outs trying for a start-up job waiting for 1 years. Their colleagues get job and do much more than those guys who are still trying for start-up. There are many scenarios happen in life. We have to face them. This is the beauty of life and not without ups and downs. Just keep boosting yourself and try.
So, please don't think that you are taking so much time to get a job. Be a good learner. Start looking into forums in your free time. But don't waste your time on searching over internet for so much interview questions. Instead of it, purchase a good book on Interview questions and answers and do some practices.

It is better to find your passionate technology & arena (web, mobile, windows) before entering the job, as it will increase your happiness @ work.
