Corruption is deep rooted in Indian system (government and education system), it will take decades to get cleaned up.
My idea is, to change the education and home system. We need to create students who believe in non-corrupted world and do not give up to the corrupt citizens. Parents also need to take responsibility and teach their kids values, ethics, and build a character. Build a strong-will kid who will not give up. Build kids with love and passion. Teach kids, money is good to have but it's their character, health and values that they should be proud of.

I want solution to following problem
This time not related to our technology
When any general person need any document from government office on urgent basis and government employee asks for bribe to do so else he has wait for 8 days then in this situation man has no any other way to do so even if document he is asking for is legal and all other necessary documents are clear.
Actually this situation has been faced by me twice and i had also payed bribe.
What could i do at that time?
I s there any need to change government rules also which is some times responsible for corruption
