Power apps Notification bell for mails on screen

i am new to power apps. i have crated the power app and now when user create list its updating in sharepoint list but for manager the approval mail notification should be view on noticiation bell on screen. can any one suggest how to approch . i am using micrsoft folw also. My idea is creating sharepoint list for mails when mail arrives the flow will trigger and push the notification but its not working for me. can any one help?
