Instead of trying to patch multiple attachments directly into a single SharePoint list item (which can get messy and has limitations), a cleaner and more scalable approach is to use a separate Document Library. In this approach, you first create a Document Library and add a Lookup column that connects each document to the ID of your main SharePoint list item. Then, from Power Apps, when the user submits files, you don’t attach them directly to the list. Instead, you pass the main list item ID along with the file details (like file name and content in JSON format) to a Power Automate flow. The flow will then create individual files in the Document Library and tag each file with the corresponding list item ID using the lookup column. This way, all documents are properly linked to the main record but stored separately, which improves performance and avoids attachment limits. On the Power Apps side, you can easily display these documents by using a Gallery that filters the Document Library based on the selected list item ID. This gives a clean UI where users can see all related files for a specific record in one place. Overall, this method is more flexible, easier to manage, and works much better when you have multiple attachments or larger files.
