Preview .DCM file in Asp.net, C#

Dicom images is not natively supported in .NET, so I recommend using LEADTOOLS to convert the DCM file to other image format then display it in your page. You can create a service that loads the uploaded Dicom file and convert it, then send it back to the page.
The service code for loading a file from HTTPRequest and converting to JPEG and adding it as a stream content using LEADTOOLS looks like this:

using (RasterImage image = codecs.Load(filePath, 0, CodecsLoadByteOrder.BgrOrGray, pageNumber, pageNumber))

ms.Position = 0;

LEADTOOLS also has functions with very advanced features for medical web viewing.
