When printing a rich text control contents (for which we have numerous examples on this website) if the sentense is too long to fit on one line (of the printed paper) its gets cutoff on the printout. Is there a way to word wrap it?

You have to do that logic manually. You will need to determine the length of text that can fit on a line based on the font size and page settings, then wrap it programmatically. The print features in .net are nice and powerful becasue they are so raw, but that also means more work to get precisely what we want. If you're not interested in doing that type of manual sizing, you may want to look into 3rd party add-ons that handle the printing for you. -James
