Prizes on forums

I have a good supply of .NET books from different publishers and probably some products. What do you guys think about having prizes on forums for best helper of the month or something like that? I know James and Chronb will win all the prizes ;). How about forming a panel of judges who will decided winners every month? I can provide prizes but do not have time to do other home work. Ideas? Suggestions?
