Take the current date with DateTime and extract the date,month and year seperately.
Store the date ,month and year in different variables.
Start a counter for month.
For each deduction increment the counter for month by 1.
In the If condition check wether the counter reached 10 or not....
If(i<=10)
{
Deduction of amount
i++
}
else
{
No Deduction
}
