Problem in Crystall Report Loading in Only Window Server 2008 64 bit

Dear All

I m facing one problem of Crystall Report not loading in my application.

Error :

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {059AC10F-0010-4C43-8876-1FC7BEAF218B} failed due to the following error: 800736b1.

OS Name : Window Server 2008 64 bit

Crystall Report 2008 Service pack 1 : Version 12.0.0.683.

I have attached error file with this problem.
