Also see The Gardens Point Scanner Generator (GPLEX); I don't know about it either except what that page says. There are other lexical scanners and semantic analyzers but all that I am aware of use or generate C++. Let's Build a Compiler and Operator Precedence Parsing might help, although the languages used are not C#.
