Problem on uploading the Article file and Source code file simultaneously

Hi,

Today while uploading the Article, i just tried to upload the Article file and Source code file simultaneously. It allowed me to upload the files by displaying the both progress bars. but after some time it uploaded the Article file only but not Source code file [ as the "uploaded files" list box showed me only article file not the source code file].
