Problem regrading the deployment of project in ASP.net

This is Sachin. I am a student and i am getting some problem while deploying the Web project which i have developed in C#.

The thing is that i have created the setup of it. But if there is any change in the .Aspx page or .Aspx.Cs page . I have to again rebuild the project and i have to replace the files on the previous files.

So I want to know is there is any easy solution for the same. Plz let me know if you have it.
