Even i modified the value of the
Problem while loading the project in the VS.
When i opened Project in Visual Studio (As Administrator) it shows me the following error.
"The Web Application Project is configured to use IIS. To access local IIS Web sites, you must run Visual Studio in the context of an administrator account."
Even i modified the value of thefalse to True

If will change this file and check in the code , will it create problem on the TFS, and if any user will get latest will face any problem?
