Problem with javascript confirm box

Hi all,

I have developed one application regarding online exam.

In this application I have developed javascript timer for exam. It works fine. but the problem is, I have one submit button for submit the exam. when I click on this submit button one confirm box will open with OK and CANCEL buttons. If I click OK button exam will submit successfully. But if click cancel button the timer moving fastly.

How can I fix the problem.

when ever I click on cancel button i need to decrease the time from timer interval which is wasted by user and restart the exam.

Here I have added my Page and also javascript file.

What you would like to do in cancel button, and as you said the timer is moving fast this is due to the interval you applied in your script. Post the corresponding script to resolve your issue
