problem with running the windows forms application after reinstalling it

Hi,

I run the setup of my application, and installed it. But when I tried to reinstall it again I couldn't. I removed it from control panel, and run the setup again, but an error occurred that the application can not be run.
Could anybody help me please? So, I can see it installed, but maybe not correctly, since the application can not be started.
