Problems with windows 7

Can I deploy my .NET 2.0 C# Application in Windows 7?
I'm using VS2005 and my co-workers are using a clickonce application. But one of them is using Windows 7 and the Application cannot be deploy. Windows 7 says that it can't be deploy because .NET 3.5 is not installed. I checked in control and is installed and i try to uninstall it to reinstall again but an error message is displayed.
