project does not work well after published

Hi Guys,

so i made a project mixing c# / wpf.(framework 4.5)

All work fine when i debug on my personal PC that i use to develop.(w7)

After finisched my project i published it and tested it on another pc with w10.

So some problem come up:

1)I can not see the video and listen audio that are inside my project.

2) when i tried to install some component included into the ptrogram as( voice speaking)

the project crash.

what wrong?
