Project not got

Hi i am dot net professional 6 years ex.

i have receinty joined a MNC. They trained me a specific domain but i am waiting for project last 3 months. So What should i do. I asked my senior about project nobody given me satisfactory answer. So Should i start hunting new job or should wait more .

Hello Mohit Kumar,

I think you should wait 3 more month ,as you mentions you have 6 years of Exp. you have good exp. if you leave this job just after 3 month then its not good for you ,New company may have same issue about projects ,if you give this reason tho other company they may not consider you.

You need to sharp your skill in this company.you can start to learning something new ,new technology or any other Tool ,which benifit you in nearby future.

Utilize your time and start to learn in your free time and wait for project atleast 3 more months May be you get a good project

I think you should wait for some time because might be you will get better project and if you leave in only 3 months then it will create nagetive impact on your career so wait for some time and try to learn a new things or start freelancing on other side so it will helpful for you
