2 projects in a solution

First don't use the term project. Project refers to source code and the other files required to create something executable. You need to decide how everything needs to execute, and then decide what projects are needed to do that. It does not work to create projects, then decide how to execute them.

Why do you have 2 projects? Did you instructor tell you to do that? If so, then your instructor provided much more information that you did not provide here.
