As Sam said but first tell it as a person but give it a role so it can be that. In your case, tell it that you help companies write proposals for getting funds in ICCR. Help me write this proposal.

Just ask like you are asking a person. It helps to be clear and concise yet complete. For both virtual assistants and real people, the better we are at being clear and concise yet complete, the better the response is likely to be. If you ask a person a question and they are unable to provide an answer you can use then perhaps the question was not clear. The same can happen with virtual assistants.
