Protect a File

Hi, my application generates a xml file. The user shouldn´t edit this file and/or save the changes he had made. How can I protect a file for this attacks ? Thanks for helping me !

Hi, Maybe you can just apply cryptography on that xml file so no one will understand it. But it is hard to just prevent someone to edit your xml file or even save changes to it except you use some additional 3rd party file protection software. Cheers.
