I recently completed my semester 4 examination of MCA now i have industrial project In Semester 6 I want your expert advise regarding to this .how to approach a software company for internship.Do I have to prepare for interview etc ?
how to identify if company I am approaching is good or bad .and mainly how to communicate company about Internship in any IT company.I am very concern about this topic .

I have always been a firm believer of the work, not the company. I never liked large corporations. In large companies, you don't learn a lot. But then the drawback is, you don't work in a corporate environment. So I would suggest you pick a medium sized company.
Next thing you want to look for is a project and technology. Make sure project is being done on cutting-edge (see my blog on Technology Trends), that is C#, Azure, Mobile Development, WPF, Silverlight etc.
I think if your project is good, you learn a lot, that's what your focus should be.
I don't think you will have too many choices. Most of the companies do not entertain beginners. So, I would say, let's just see what options you have and we will go from there.
