• Write optimized code Very High
• Follow proper naming conventions High
• Comment code Medium
• Good team player Medium
• Help other fellow developers Low
  
• Eager to learn new Low
• Goal oriented, not time oriented Low

I think following points should be kept in mind:
1)Write Comments for the code you write
2)Write optimized code.
3)Follow conventions like pascal , camel for code.
4)good communication with your team member,PL and PM.
