Hi Raiz,
Please use below query and change column name and table name according to your database,
select top 3 ProductName,  sum(Quantity)
from Products
group by ProductName
Order by sum(Quantity) desc

Hope this might help
select product, sum(amount)
       from sales
       group by product
       order by sum(amount) desc
       limit 3;
OR
select product, count(amount)
       from sales
       group by product
       order by count(amount)
       desc limit 3;
