Question about colorDialogBox with multiple form.

Hello everyone I have a question about Windows form Application in C#.

I am trying to get the color from the colordialog1 from Form2 and change the color of buttons in Form1 with colordialog1 from Form2.

You can follow the below algorithm for implementation

1. Create a getter/setter property of color type that holds the color of color dialog.

2. In your button click (in form1)
void btn_click(....)
{
    if(form2.ShowDialog()== DialogReault.OK)
        btn.BackColor = form2.ColorProperty;
}

//btn is the button of form1
// ColorProperty is the getter/setter property that I had mentioned in point 1

I don't know why you can't able to create the color property.

Well, there are seceral ways to achieve a single task. For this make the access specifier to public of your color dialog and once its done then your code will looks like below
if(form2.ShowDialog()== DialogReault.OK)
btn.BackColor = form2.ColorDialog.Color;

That's the main problem, I can't make a property that holds color of color dialog. Can you tell me how to do it if you have time?

Look at this screenshot. There, when I click "Open Form2", the Form2 opens. I want to change the color with clicking to "Change Color" and choose the color from that Dialog Box. When I click Ok and click on Submit, I want the backcolor of button named "Open Form2" in Form1 to be changed to dialogbox's color where I chose from Form2.

Colordialog is itself represents as a dialog, why you are calling in two steps.
