The SMS Gateway that I used in my blog post using the Indian SMS Gateway called mvayoo. Since you are from Pakistan, I'm not sure whether they have provided internation SMS are not. if not, better you can go with other popular SMS Gateways like Twillo, clickatell etc.

how i use this SMSGateway
You should signup and they will give some SMS for free of cost for a test drive. Also they will provide sample code for API integration. If you are satisfy, then you can go buy the SMS credits.
