Question on RPC Using SOAP Tutorial

Hi everyone, I have read through the "RPC Using SOAP" tutorial in Web Service section. I understand the explanation of SOAP message in that article but I don't know how I can execute a RPC? I am a newbie and please help me. Thank you very much. Kewlchen
