After our website update, Article and Form content gets added directly without options to select a category, levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Pro), or SEO keywords. Before, we could choose these manually.
How is this managed now?
Who or what chooses the category and levels?
What's the process for SEO keywords?

Thanks — good question.
How it’s decided: an automated classifier assigns category, level, keywords, and description when content is submitted.
Who reviews it: our editor checks while approving the auto-generated metadata.
SEO keywords: generated automatically; editor can refine them before publish.
Scheduling: we’re improving the native schedule feature and will ship it in the next release. Until then, if you want an article published on a specific date/time, reply with the desired schedule and we’ll queue it for you.
We’re also adding a workflow in the next release so authors can review and override the auto-assigned category/level/keywords while submitting their content.

You can click on 3 dots next to Publish button to update other content and select a category. We're adding Schedule feature to this dialog also. Also will make this feature more visible.
