How to check deleted sub sites in SharePoint 2013 Online through powershell.

Accepted answer
The deleted subsites are in the site collection recycle bin
You may use below PS to get those from recycle bin
$SiteUrl = "https://tenant.sharepoint.com"

$AdminUserName = "user@tenant.onmicrosoft.com"
$Password = Read-host -assecurestring "Enter Password for $AdminUserName"
$Credentials = New-Object Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.SharePointOnlineCredentials($AdminUserName,$Password)

$Context = New-Object Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ClientContext($SiteUrl)
$Context.Credentials = $Credentials

$Site = $Context.Site
$RecycleBinItems = $Site.RecycleBin
$Context.Load($Site)
$Context.Load($RecycleBinItems)
$Context.ExecuteQuery()

$RecycleBinItems | ?{$_.ItemType -eq "Web"} | Select Title

Is it possiable to send mutiable email through power Shell? With mail format

Subject: TEST
Body:
"Hello User,
We noticed this site “Title of the site” (get title from excel column b) is owned by you and is unused for significant period of time.

Please find the details below:

Site:
https://contoso.com (get site url from column C)

Deletion Date:
01/02/2018 03:16:46 Paris Time

What will happen:
On the deletion date this site and all lists, libraries, documents and subsites under the site will be permanently deleted.

What you can do about this:
If you are using this site, please reply to this mail. We will wait till 7 days from now before deletion.

For deleted sub-site Get-SPOWeb should not list it under parent site
