"Library not registered"

Eventhough your application flow apparently going, some functionalities will break once meet with those functional flows. So always fix such issues. Some common scenarios I can share as:

Using a 3rd party library and it hasn't registered as per their user manual. Because this rule purely depends on what that specific vendor is telling ans need to confirm with their guidelines. e.g. DevExpress libraries
Version compatibility. e.g. Library A has a dependency with JQuery version X, but you had a Ref. to JQuery version Y. So need to check full version dependency cycle
Added a script library Ref. in a way that their hierarchy has been broken. e.g. A library which has dependency to JQuery is expecting that 1st JQuery script to be registered and loaded, then only that specific script to register inside page. Need to confirm this sequence of script registration and loading.
