"Member" and "User"

I hope you are talking about ASP.NET and I will answer them according to ME

 

Member: Person who can use the ASP.NET applications, configure settings, view logs, maybe add look up values using ADMIN page based on roles.

 

User: Person who purely treated as end user, not involved in any  settings, back end related work.

 

Member can be USER and NOT vice versa.

 

This is completely my views others might see it differently
