Rating to article after Login

Question

hi

i m creata webpage for article list and user give rating to the article but user must be logeed in

i mean first user login then give the rating to the article

i m using ajax rating control and asp.net membership for login

how i do this

Ah ok you don't have a button. Still can't you do it in Rating_changed event?

In the submit button click event check whether the user is logged in or not before giving rating to the article. Something like this if(// user logged in) { // code to vote } else { //Message saying guest to login or register. }

this is ok i m already do this ............ but client wants to show the all article rating and not allow to update the rate bye guest any other idea

Place the rating control and button in panel and hide the panel if the user is not logged in. If the user is logged in then show the panel so that user can rate the article.
