Read Clob Data

Hi Friends,
Taking the question seiously for a moment,
How to read Clob datatype of Oracle Database in C#.NEt.
I am saving All Tables XSD in One Table in that Schema(XSD) Column Data type is CLOB.

I want to Validate User Browse Excel file with Tables Schema(XSD) column?
