Maybe I'm not exactly following where your going with this one. Are you talking about useing a GPS card, that will Cell connect you to the internet? I have done this before, and assuming that you already have set up the device to connect in this manner, when say you open up Internet Explorer. Then as soon as you open up a socket connection in your C# code, it will automatically attempt to connect through the Cell connection. You can look up on the net, how to open a socket connection.
