Hi, How can I read data from serial port using framework 1.1 .I know that I can easily do this in framework 2.0 but I have to do it in framework 1.1. Thanks,

Hi, You can use kernel32.dll ReadFile. Look at pinvoke.net on how to achieve the p/invoke for ReadFile. Good luck. Cheers.

Hi MS suggests the following way: http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issues/02/10/NETSerialComm/ It's a really easy way and works perfect. Simon
