Read database table & column in notepad

Actually I want to browse the database name, table name, Column name from a SQL Database (Schema) using C# winform. 

After that, I need to write the selected Table name  & his column in Notepad. For this, we will take a combo box for table name & another combo box or checkbox for column name selection.

Selected table name & column name will be written in notepad after any click.
