How to read and send the content of word document including image as same as in the

As Zain suggested, you can firstly convert Word file to HTML code and then sent it as HTML email. Try following method to convert Word as HTML code, which maintains the original layout in Word file. This method imports the dll of .NET Word component.

I didn't quite understand your question, Do you want to convert word document to HTML and then send it via email (as attachment)? OR do you need to convert word document to HTML (script) and then send it as HTML email?
In both cases, parsing word document and then try to write the HTML elements (tags) would be rather waste of time and the overall display might not be good.
You could try LEADTOOLS library that has the ability for loading word documents and saving HTML file. see this link:

Now you can either send the result as attachment in the email, or you can read the HTML file content and then create email with that content.
