Reading web folders

Lets assume we have a website like www.site.com, what i want to do is to see every directory and file inside the server of that website, like the contents of www.site.com/forum or www.site.com/forum/images, is it possible?

In case it is possible im trying to use C#

if the security policies applied on website folders then its not possible.
Why you want to access the folders, some kind of hacking :-)...
