How can I use Openxml sdk to read the table of contet (TOC) of a microsoft word file using C#?

You can also use Free Spire.Doc library (https://www.nuget.org/packages/FreeSpire.Doc/) to read the table of contents in Word files. Spire.Doc library is not permitted on my computer. Is there a option using openXML ?
