Reflection in C#

If the business rules were being loaded dynamically, then reflection could be used to discover information about them at runtime from the classes in the associated assembly or to instantiate those classes.

In fact, I'd say 'plug-in' assemblies represent the most common use of reflection in 'real world' projects. As far as the insurance industry is concerned, you might use this approach for loading new premium calculation or underwriting rules where those rules are changed frequently. However, you'd first need to establish some sort of framework or engine into which those rules could be plugged-in.
