how to display and refresh images on
after the page load completed using Asp.net Ajax concepts (Updatepanel and timer control or etc ) .

thats it ..
it is a simple.. i done but i am not getting on div ?..

You may want to look at event LoadComplete, which is fired when all controls on a page are loaded. That will give the impression of the page load is complete. Here are more details of the LoadComplete event.
