AWS development with .NET meant by you communicate with AWS Cloud uisng .NET programs. Using such .NET programs, you can create resouces in AWS and can access the services & resources in AWS. There can be many use cases for this scenario. For example, customer has existing .NET applications and some parts of this application they may need to move to AWS without fully retire .NET applications. Also for a green field project too, deployment will be in AWS, but application would be writen in .NET.
