Regarding Career

You are at an early stage of starting your life in new company, based on what you told to Capgemini you have to take a decision

1- If you have mentioned your current company name then you have to present experience letter of previous emp to CapGemini

2- If you didn't mention about this 2 week old employer then you can leave that job and join capgemini as they are not aware, pretty much like abscond

Drawback of tell your current employer that you want to leave will cause you serve the notice period which might be anywhere from 1-3 months (as per various Indian IT company standards)

Most importantly; if you choose to quit your current employer then make sure you have offer signed with Capgemini and just don't make decision on verbal communication with HR.

When you joined a company just before 2 weeks then there is no point you should leave, unless u dont have any any work or you are in bench.
