yes i am using windows form application,

i don't know how to start creating this page, from where to start, what to choose and all,

i am getting confused, so please help how to start with it, for my requirement as mentioned previously

Are you using windows app or web app?

When you add a new record then database will create a new row in table which auto increments the primary key or record id using Identity(1,1). Next it displays all the records in grid.

Please share what is problem you are encountering now?
