Regarding data count in my datatable

Hai all

I have a data table in which the first field is No..which shows the number on each  rows...say for example
No      Source Destina
1..   ...          ...      ....
2..   ...         ...         ....
3..   ...            ... ......
4..  ...           ....       ...
5 .. ..        ....            ..

after some calculation i want to delete the 3 rd row.......after i am done with that....my datatable looks like
No
1..  ...          ..
2..  ..      ..
4..    ..      ..
5..    ..        ...

which i dont want to...i want it has
No
1.. ..
2.. ..
3.. ..
4...

How am i go about it.....Hope i made my self clear.......
