Dear sir
(I will tell u what i am going to do.am collecting all the personal details of a each and every single person and it will be stored in one server.
Now i want to provide them one personal number like(0001).as well as am creating one software that is if we give that personal number means all the details of the person should be showen.)This is my query sir.
Now i want to know which platform will be suitable for this?
What are all the steps i need to take to do this project?

You can use any language on which you are comfort. For this you can create auto-increment column in your database or you can write your own algorithm.
