Regarding to DB2 features
I have seen the term Depreciated with the features of DB2 , Can anyone tell me why this term is used with DB2 9.7 version.

If you mean depreciated then perhaps you mean unappreciated. This web site is primarily for Microsoft technologies so it would be expected that DB2 would not be appreciated around here. Or perhaps you mean depreciated in the sense of losing value or being reduced in cost. If someone says that DB2 is losing value then that is likely an opinion and not an official fact from IBM. If any of that is truye then you need to look in the IBM documentation.
If you mean deprecated, then I assume you need to ask IBM about that. I doubt that IBM is deprecating DB2, unless 9.7 version is old and is being deprecated. You really should look in the IBM documentation.If DB2 9.7 version is old and is being deprecated then that probably does not mean that it will stop working.
